Descriptif :
Le pronostic défavorable d¿une proportion importante de patients atteints de cancer est lié à la résistance primaire ou secondaire des cellules tumorales aux thérapeutiques anticancéreuses. L¿objectif général de l¿équipe est l¿identification puis la neutralisation des mécanismes responsables de cette résistance à la radiothérapie dans les gliomes malins (GM) intracérébraux et à la chimiothérapie dans la leucémie lymphoïde chronique (LLC). Nos explorations sont focalisées sur les voies de signalisation anti-apoptotiques d¿une part et de réparation de l¿ADN d¿autre part.
Notre équipe associe des compétences complémentaires (cliniciens, biologistes et physiciens) afin de développer des thérapies innovantes à partir de preuves de concept établies cliniquement.
