The main interest of the team is HIV-1/AIDS and covers areas of studies spanning from basic research in HIV-1 pathophysiology, development of DC targeting vaccine platform and promotion of integrative vaccinology to translational research in the field of immune interventions including both prophylactic and therapeutic candidate vaccine trials.
