Descriptif :
This interdisciplinary team is studying respiratory biomechanics under both physiological and pathophysiological conditions thanks to a multiscale approach, combining in silicomodels to characterize airway obstruction and cilia beating, in vitromodels to decipher the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular biomechanics, and experimental studies in patients to optimize mechanical ventilation.
