Descriptif :
Le programme de recherche de l'unité 1234 est centré sur l'immunopathologie et les biothérapies. L'auto-immunité et sa régulation sont étudiées en contexte physiologique et pathologique, à travers des modèles murins et des études cliniques dans le domaine des maladies neuromusculaires (myosites, sclérose en plaques) et de la peau (pemphigus). Ce programme vise à aboutir une meilleure compréhension de la physiopathologie, au développement de nouveaux outils diagnostiques et à l'implémentation de nouvelles approches thérapeutiques dans le domaine des maladies auto-immunes.
